How do we use the information you give to us

The information we collect is used to help us to identify the best charter options for each client. We use the information you provide, such as your surname, email address and telephone number to communicate to you information about our company and yacht charter services. You will always be able to choose not to receive email updates, either at the time of registration, or by following the unsubscribe instructions shown in each email. Also, you are able to unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe section of our website.

Any information sent to Folio Charter will not be shared with third parties, with the exception of Ferretti Yachts, without your written approval. Only Folio Charter & Ferretti Yachts employees have access to the information you provided and adhere to the strict security policy set down by both companies. Your email will not be used as spam mail. Please report to info@foliocharter.com any unsolicited email, which mentions the Folio Charter domain.

Your data protection rights and Access to your personal information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information Folio Charter holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £10 for information requests.)
